Business Office

The Norwich CSD Business Office is responsible for managing the resources needed to support the district’s educational mission. One of the office’s most essential functions is developing the proposed school budget for the consideration of the district’s board of education and voters. Norwich CSD believes it is more important than ever to share our financial plans as we navigate any challenges that may lie ahead.

Mr. Griffin supervises Norwich CSD’s Business Office, which conducts the district’s primary business operations including accounting, financial reporting, auditing, payroll, benefits coordination, capital projects, facility use, purchasing, records management and contract oversight to name a few.

The business office webpage will be the location where members of the community can review financial documents related to the budget and district operations. Visitors can also utilize this resource to keep up to date on news that drives our discussions and impacts our stability and growth.
