The Draft and Design Classes spent the last week completing a cardboard chair project. Students designed their chairs in teams and then built a prototype using only standard cardboard, masking tape and hot glue. The main design criteria was that the chair must be able to support the weight of a 250lb person! Almost all of the designs led to prototypes that could comfortably hold this weight. Great job, Techstars!
