We are excited to share that we are teaching social emotional learning utilizing a curricular framework called PurposeFull People. This curriculum will help NCSD staff teach young people how to become even more resilient, generous, and emotionally intelligent.
Purposefull People is the elementary version of the Character Strong curriculum.
CharacterStrong asked educators and families to select the most valuable character traits to nurture in Pre-K through 5th grade classrooms. PurposeFull People is built upon these top 10 most-identified traits that thoughtfully combine social & emotional learning and character skills at the elementary level.
